In the Strategist, we like to think of ourselves as crazy (in a good way) about the stuff we buy, but we can’t try everything. This is why we have People’s Choice, where we select the most convincing products from the best-reviewed ones. Our rating system and how we select each item is explained here. We’ve covered lots of ways to help you get a good night’s sleep – from mattresses and foam mattress toppers to loft toddler house beds and even camp hammocks – but now we’re turning our attention to toddler bed.

One buyer noted, “I searched high and low for a cute, nontoxic, wood bed – and this one fit the bill.”. Despite its sturdy construction, parents say this “sleek and modern” bed doesn’t squeak or creak: “No squeaking or creaking like the old bed,” says one dad. In the past year, they have played pretty rough with it – taking the mattress off, walking on the slats without permission, and jumping on it without permission. I bought it the same day we got it, and it’s still as solid as when we got it.”
